New Zealand Shipping 

Shipping within New Zealand is at the rate of $11 per order, or $16.50 for rural addresses. These prices are as accurate at the time of writing, but may be subject to variation beyond our control.

You can make a special note in the order section if you have any special instructions in the box labelled ‘Order notes’. Our courier does not send to PO Boxes in New Zealand so please input a courier appropriate address.

You will be sent a tracking link by email once your brace has been despatched, please check your spam folder if you have not received one. Please note if you do not receive your purchase receipt or tracking link you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us to enquire.

If you haven’t received your parcel after 10 working days please check your tracking link for details and if you still have no indication, please contact us.

Custom-Made Items

Our Jaymar Braces are made to order using the measurements and specifications provided by the customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or errors in the measurements supplied.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements, specifications, and details provided at the time of order are accurate. We recommend double-checking all information before confirming your purchase.

Faulty or Defective Products

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the agreed specifications.

If your item:

please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which may include:

Incorrect Orders

If we have made an error in producing your item (i.e. it does not match the measurements or specifications you supplied), we will arrange a remedy in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
