Sports Performance Enhancement
At J.Marr Physiotherapy we not only wish to return you to normal health but aim to return you back to the level of fitness you had prior to your injury. We offer exercise programmes that incorporate speed and agility drills to return injured patients back to full confidence and fitness. In addition, we are able to provide similar enhancement programmes for people who wish to improve speed, technique, agility and power for the sports that they participate in.
