Karina Elliott
Karina qualified as a Physiotherapist (BHSc (Physiotherapy) in 2001 and whilst working in NZ & Australia as a physiotherapist found a desire to work in rehabilitation and LOVED the wellbeing integration into movement & health.
She then became immersed in the fitness industry becoming a REPs registered Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Specialist (C.H.E.K.HLC1), following up with numerous courses in movement, Crossfit and training in the field of pilates (Dance Medicine Australia & STOTTS) and specifically womens health – pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause and menopause.
With well over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry now, coupled with a burning passion for health and wellbeing have formulated the perfect ingredients for success with clients. Her unbridled enthusiasm, combined with a refined approach to correct technique and functional training make my sessions fun, educational, challenging and professional.
