Julia graduated from Otago in 1987. In addition, she has a Post-graduate Diploma in Manipulative Physiotherapy 1995.

Julia has studied in Milan, Italy with SOSORT for Spinal Scoliosis and also with Breathing Works for improving respiratory issues and aiding relaxation of accessory muscles.

Julia has had significant involvement with elite sports team, having been Physiotherapist for the Counties-Thames Valley Cometz Netball 1997-99, Counties Manukau Provincial Netball team and the NZ Under 21 Netball 2002-2004.

Julia’s physiotherapy special interests include Spinal physiotherapy for post-surgical Breast Cancer patients, Adolescent spinal scoliosis, Breathing works and Spinal conditions.

Her hobbies include Gardening, Skiing, traveling and kids.
